A RIDDOR accident occurred at an engineering company in Devizes, after an accident investigation it was identified that a sufficient health and safety policy was not in place and current risk assessments were also in need of updating and review. The list of hazards were prioritised based on their severity and specific sensbile advice on the steps required to achieve compliance with health & safety regulations. Safewell then completed their health & safety policy and employees working safely guide out-lining the responsibilities for employers and employees. Safewell now returns once a week as the company’s retained health & safety advisers.
