Night Worker Health Assessments
Under the Working Time Regulations, night workers must be offered a free health assessment at regular intervals. Safewell can conduct a paper-based health questionnaire on an annual basis and provide on-site, face-to-face medicals as required. The purpose of a Night Worker Health Assessment is to determine whether an employee is medically fit to undertake night work or has any underlying conditions that may be affected by the employee working nights.
Where can Night Worker Health Assessments be Carried Out?
As with most of our services, these can be at your workplace or our offices in Wootton Bassett. If it’s only a handful of people or individuals, then our office works well; otherwise, it makes sense to arrange at your workplace.
