Retail Health and Safety System
Safewell offers a complete retail health and safety system. Ideally suited to a retail company with multiple shops of 2 or more (our current retail customers range from 12 to 120 shops).
Like all our health and safety services the Safewell Retail Health and Safety System is risk based which results in a bespoke and tailored health and safety system for your shops. This means it address what ‘actually’ happens in the shops; what employees do; what creative and visual teams do; event management; safety checks that need completing; what should be included in an induction. All this is deployed in a complete system for each shop to have or access with central coordination from retail operations.
Alongside the shop retail health and safety system we include (if needed) health and safety management systems, safety guidance and training for the head office, the warehousing or DC locations and the creative and visual departments.
In the most complete approach, there is cohesions between health and safety procedures standards and polices across retail shops, head office, warehousing, creative and visual, and support services.
More often than not this is wrapped up in a Retained Health and Safety Adviser Package due to the relationship between Safewell and the customer to deliver this properly.

Construction Health and Safety Support
Safewell can offer support in construction site Audits and inspections as a one off or regular, from small and simple to larger and more complex sites.
We also offer support in completing RAMS (risk assessment and method statement) and CPP (construction phase plans).
We don’t offer Principle Designer services be we can support Principle Contractors and Clients under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 in complying with their duties through the advice and support we offer.

Face Fit Testing and Training
