Employment Health Assessments enable you to fit the employee to the job requirements. It allows any significant health issues to be identified and minimises any associated risk for both employee and employer.
What we can do
- Advise you on your duties under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA)
- Supply an employment health questionnaire that will be fully confidential and returned to our Head Office
- Full review from a qualified Occupational Health Adviser (OHA)
Following the review, we can advise on:
- Fitness to Work
- The need for a telephone consultation with the employee
- The need for an employment health assessment
- Whether any additional GP or specialist information is required
