Lucy Hills

Lucy has studied at the University of Gloucestershire as a sports coach and development officer. She worked as a swimming teacher throughout University and, on completing her degree, entered the care industry as a leisure and wellness co-ordinator. Lucy then moved to Nuffield Health as an occupational health administrator, working alongside nurses to provide health surveillance to clients such as BMW and McLaren (both cars and formula 1, enjoying the opportunity to see inside both factories).

Sally Demuth

Sally worked as a registered nurse for seven years before making a career change to occupational health within the NHS. She joined Safewell in 2016 to broaden her training.

Charles ‘Butch’ Robinson

Charles, otherwise known as Butch, has joined Safewell as Fire Risk Assessor, working with our clients to review and update fire risk assessments and deliver Fire Marshal training. With a career spanning over 30 years with the Ministry of Defence and Dorset & Wiltshire fire rescue services, he brings a wealth of skills and experience.

Matt Hobbs

Matt joined Safewell’s Health and Safety Team in August 2021. He brings experience of working in health and safety for a large local employer. On discovering a passion for health & safety later in his career, Matt has added to his experience in recent years by gaining the NEBOSH General Certificate and Level 6 NVQ diploma in OSH.

Donna joined Safewell’s Health and Safety Team in December 2019. She began her career working in the financial services sector before moving into the telecommunications industry, working within compliance. Here she spent over 15 years developing, implementing and managing Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality management systems across multiple sites.

Michelle Jeal

Michelle joined the Safewell Team in 2013. She has been working in health and safety for over 20 years and has experience working in enforcement within the public sector as an Environmental Health Officer and as a Health and Safety Consultant within private consultancies and large organisations. She also has qualifications in Food Safety Management and Fire Safety.
