Kirsty Wilson has joined our Health & Safety team

Health & Safety Team Administrator

We’re pleased to welcome Kirsty to Safewell as the newest member of our Health & Safety team, working closely with our H&S consultants on both new and retained customer projects, as well as assisting our director, Gail. With 20 years’ experience running her own dance school, Kirsty brings a combination of organisation, dedication, and creativity to her new role.

Following a change in ownership of her dance school and a desire for a new direction, Kirsty joined Safewell to embrace a better work-life balance, allowing her more time to spend with her three children – and Henry, her crazy Cavapoo!

Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys long walks with a good podcast, Pilates and fitness classes, and catching up with friends and family. And she keeps her passion for ‘pointing her toes’ alive by teaching children’s dance classes twice a week.

I am pleased that you are helping dispel some of the dafter myths that surround OH&S (a passion you and I clearly have in common) and the item clearly indicates that as with so many of our professional colleagues you are not about stopping fun on the pretext of H&S. It is only with the help of people such as yourself that we will eventually get the message across that OH&S is about bringing (as you so aptly put it) purpose and value to peoples lives
