Kirsty Steps in to Support our Health & Safety Team
We’re pleased to share that Kirsty Wilson has joined us at Safewell, and has quickly become an essential part of our Health & Safety team.
Kirsty is supporting our consultants on a range of customer projects – both new and long-term – as well as assisting our director, Gail. With two decades’ experience running her own dance school, and a natural flair for working as part of a team, Kirsty brings efficient organisational skills, energy, and creativity to our business.
After handing over the reins of her dance school earlier this year, Kirsty was ready for a fresh challenge that offered a better work-life balance. Her new position allows her more time with her family, and to enjoy walking the dog, listening to podcasts, Pilates, fitness classes, and catching up with friends. She’s still very much connected to her dance roots, however, continuing to teach children’s classes twice a week.
We’re really pleased to welcome Kirsty on board – her drive, adaptability, and enthusiasm are a great match for our growing team.

I am pleased that you are helping dispel some of the dafter myths that surround OH&S (a passion you and I clearly have in common) and the item clearly indicates that as with so many of our professional colleagues you are not about stopping fun on the pretext of H&S. It is only with the help of people such as yourself that we will eventually get the message across that OH&S is about bringing (as you so aptly put it) purpose and value to peoples lives
