Sophie Farrow

Lucy Hills

Lucy has studied at the University of Gloucestershire as a sports coach and development officer. She worked as a swimming teacher throughout University and, on completing her degree, entered the care industry as a leisure and wellness co-ordinator. Lucy then moved to Nuffield Health as an occupational health administrator, working alongside nurses to provide health surveillance to clients such as BMW and McLaren (both cars and formula 1, enjoying the opportunity to see inside both factories).

Sally worked as a registered nurse for seven years before making a career change to occupational health within the NHS. She joined Safewell in 2016 to broaden her training.
