First Aid at Work Re-qualification

First Aid at Work Training

This two-day course is suitable for people aged 16+ who wish to follow the Health and Safety Executive’s (HSE) recommendation that first aiders have annual refresher training. The aim is to maintain their skills and keep up to date with any changes which may happen between completing a first aid at work course and re-qualifying three years later. It is designed for anyone who wishes to refresh their existing first aid at work training. The HSE strongly recommends that all first aiders holding a valid first aid at work or emergency first aid at work certificate, complete an annual skills update.

This course must be completed before the expiry of the 3-year validity of the First Aid at Work qualification, otherwise, the full 3-day course must be completed.

I am pleased that you are helping dispel some of the dafter myths that surround OH&S (a passion you and I clearly have in common) and the item clearly indicates that as with so many of our professional colleagues you are not about stopping fun on the pretext of H&S. It is only with the help of people such as yourself that we will eventually get the message across that OH&S is about bringing (as you so aptly put it) purpose and value to peoples lives
