A Swindon School wanted to ensure their grounds team were suitably trained to use various items of plant used across the school grounds. This included a small ride on snow plough, mini digger, mini dumper and a mobile scaffold tower.
Safewell Solution
One of the Safewell Team visited and we were able to offer, through an accredited training partner, NPORS training for the Mini Dumper, mini digger and mobile scaffold tower. Each course was run on the school grounds ensuring the content was relevant to Grounds Team; they were also able to train around real scenarios they would face. The ride on snow plough was a separate case and a specific course was put together to ensure a level of competency in use was achieved.
