Course Description

RIDDOR is a law that requires employers and those in charge of work premises to report and keep records of deaths and serious injuries that happen in the workplace.

The RIDDOR course starts by explaining the purpose of RIDDOR, and then moves on to explore the different injuries, diseases and dangerous occurrences which are either covered or exempt under the legislation.

It explains how to submit a RIDDOR report, including who can report, and the deadlines set in law for doing so.
