Purchase Receipts - VAT and PayPal

Courses are purchased directly on line via our PayPal account. VAT is not broken down on the PayPal email receipt.

If you require a VAT receipt, that’s no problem please email Karen at accounts@safewell.co.uk.

Is there a time limit to complete a course?

Once a license is purchased or assigned to a user – 

  1. There is no time limit to start/ finish the course
  2. Once a course is complete the candidate can review the videos again but not the questions
Does each person doing the training need their own email account?

By default each candidate must have their own unique email address. If they don’t have a ‘work’ email, they can use personal emails.

Is there discount if multiple courses are purchased?

Yes there is colume discounting for multiple courses.

For our ‘Retained H&S’ customers they get 20% off any course unitl they go over the volume discounting greater than 20%.

What is the best browser to view the courses?

The courses work with any modern browser that is updated but generally Google Chrome seems typically give the best experience both on desktop and mobile/tablet. There have been reports of the older versions of Microsoft Edge not being compatible. Standard computing rules apply, keep everythign updated!

How do I pay for a course?

On each course page there is a Buy Now button. Clicking on Buy Now or Free Trial will take you to our 3rd party payment provider that also holds your account details securely. Here you can pay with a Card or PayPal.
