A Wiltshire & Oxford based Construction, Waste Management, Quarry and Recycling company with headquarters based in Swindon were looking for a new Occupational Health provider to offer a complete service across all divisions and ensure compliance. The service was to include on-site health surveillance medicals and occupational health assessments both at the site and at the provider’s site.

Safewell started by visiting the Cirencester Quarry division and provided on-site Lung Function, Face Fit Testing, Audiometry hearing testing and Skin health surveillance with Eyesight, Blood Pressure, BMI Checks and an overall general health assessment. This provided the company with health information to ensure they provide a healthy working environment for their employees and continue to comply with health and safety legislation. The company now engages Safewell on a reoccurring occupational health contract with weekly site visits to provide all the health surveillance services. They also benefit from the office support provided by the Team, knowing they can always speak to the occupational health admin supports with any queries; it’s always the same people so they build a great working relationship too.
