Employee Health & Safety Responsibilities

Employee health and safety responsibility training is essential for fostering a safe and healthy workplace. This engaging, in-person training helps employees understand their individual responsibilities when it comes to health and safety – and why it’s essential that everyone plays their part.

Delivered over approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, this training is bespoke and tailored to the needs of your organisation, ensuring content is relevant, practical, and aligned with your working environment and internal procedures.

A clear understanding of roles and duties under UK health and safety law not only improves awareness, but also helps reduce risk across the organisation. When employees know what to look out for and how to respond, your entire workplace becomes safer, more productive, and more compliant

Training is interactive, with quizzes and group discussion to reinforce learning and encourage active participation. It can take place at your site or at our location in Wiltshire.

If you prefer an e-learning option, see our range of online Safety Awareness training courses to support ongoing learning and refresher training.
