If you plan any of the following (hopefully not already completed) please let us know:

  • Extending your premises
  • The purchase of new premises
  • To move to a new location
  • To refurbish an existing premises
  • Internal alterations
  • Other changes to your premises

There may be a need to review your fire risk assessment; the project may be a CDM project requiring additional specialist input; safe contractor management is likely to be needed and there may be a need to update your Umbrella Risk Assessment. Whichever it is, please remember to let us know so we can help and advise in advance.
