How to Report an Accident at Work
All injuries and incidents falling under the RIDDOR definition must be reported to the HSE’s Incident Contact Centre (ICC) either by telephone or online. Here we guide you on how to do this.
Changes to RIDDOR coming April 2012
From 6 April 2012, the reporting requirement for over-three-day injuries to workers will change to over-seven-day injuries. From then, you must report work-related injuries where a worker has been incapacitated for more than seven consecutive days.
