Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health

This half-day training course is designed to provide participants with a foundational understanding of mental health.

It equips learners with the knowledge to recognise suspected mental health conditions and the skills to start a conversation and signpost individuals towards professional help.

Assessed through a multiple-choice question paper, successful participants receive an RQF Level 1 Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health.

Training can be delivered in-person at our location in Wiltshire or at customer premises.

A range of online Mental Health training courses are also available.
