Health & Safety in the Workplace

Creating a culture of safety starts with awareness. This face-to-face training course is designed for employees across a wide range of industries and roles, providing essential knowledge of health and safety in the workplace.

Participants will gain a clear understanding of common workplace hazards, how to manage them effectively, and what their responsibilities are under UK health and safety law, including guidance from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). By the end of the course, they’ll be better equipped to contribute to a safer, more compliant working environment.

Certificated one-day training can also be delivered as a Level 1 or Level 2 Award, regulated in the UK and awarded by First Aid Awards (FAA).

  • Level 1 – five-hour course providing learners with a basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety in the workplace under UK health and safety legislation, ensuring that the working environment is safe and health.
  • Level 2 – seven-hour training providing learners with essential knowledge and understanding of health and safety in the workplace, and is also an ideal platform to higher level training or career development.
  • Level 3 – three-day course aimed at people working or preparing to work in a supervisory or managerial position in respect of health and safety, and is relevant to all employment sectors providing understanding of key health and safety topics.

Training can take place at your site or at our location in Wiltshire.
