A multinational company referred an employee with work-related stress to Safewell for a mental health management referral with the aim to get the employee back to work.

Safewell assessed the job requirements using the tool of stress risk assessment and identified areas of conflict between employee and business expectations. A consultation with the employee identified areas where support would be most effective. This included understanding workload and potential for flexibility and areas where support and training would be of benefit. The report was shared with HR and the manager, a meeting was arranged following which all parties were confident of a mutually supportive way forward.
