This began with a comprehensive Health & Safety compliance audit carried out on site to assess premises, processes, and working practices. The audit identified key hazards and risks, with findings presented in a detailed Umbrella Risk Assessment Report accompanied by a clear Action Plan outlining steps needed to meet Health & Safety legislation.
Based on the audit results, Safewell developed a tailored Occupational Health & Safety Management Manual, as well as a Staff Health & Safety Handbook, ensuring relevant policies and procedures were documented and accessible.
Ongoing support via phone and email was provided to assist the team with day-to-day Health & Safety and Fire Safety queries, alongside regular progress meetings to keep momentum and ensure continuous improvement.
In addition, Safewell carried out Fire Risk Assessments at each of the premises, providing site-specific reports and action plans with clear recommendations to improve fire safety compliance where needed.
