Health & Safety in the Workplace

Creating a strong culture of safety starts with awareness – and making it relevant to your business.

Our face-to-face health and safety training is designed to give employees a clear, practical understanding of workplace risks and how to manage them effectively. Rather than a one-size-fits-all course, we tailor the content to reflect your specific industry, working environment, and the challenges your team faces day to day.

Participants will build confidence in identifying hazards, understanding their responsibilities, and contributing to a safer working environment. The training also reflects current UK health and safety expectations and guidance from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

Courses can be delivered at your site or at our Wiltshire location, depending on what works best for your team.

If you prefer e-learning, see our range of online Safety Awareness training and the IOSH Approved Managing Safely.
