Working at Height

Falls from height remain one of the leading causes of serious workplace injuries and fatalities in the UK. Whether you’re working on ladders, platforms, scaffolding, rooftops – or overseeing those that do – understanding the risks and responsibilities is critical.

This face-to-face training is essential for anyone who carries out or supervises tasks at height. It provides participants with practical knowledge and confidence to help plan, manage, and execute working at height safely and legally, in line with the Work at Height Regulations 2005 and Health & Safety Executive (HSE) guidance.

Completion of the training equips both employers and employees with the understanding and practical skills required to implement safe working practices – helping to prevent accidents and create a safer, more compliant workforce.

Training is delivered in-person for groups at our Wiltshire premises or yours.

Understanding fall arrest and restraint systems

Awareness of legal responsibilities for both employers and employees

Know how to plan and assess work at height, selecting the appropriate equipment

Gain confidence in using ladders, platforms, and other access systems safely
